1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Wellkart.ae are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Allergic reactions
• Customer preference
• Products that have been opened or used

2. Damaged or Defective Products

Every product is inspected before shipment.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.

After verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the product; or
• Issue store credit.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, ingredients, usage instructions, size, and specifications before placing an order.

4. Clearance Collection

Products in the Clearance Collection have a shorter remaining shelf life, typically 2–3 months before expiry.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All clearance products are sold as-is.
• All sales are final.
• No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
• You understand and accept the product's expiry date before completing your purchase.

5. Imported Global Products

Imported Global Products are sourced from outside the UAE.

For these products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
• Returns and refunds are not accepted unless required by applicable law or the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
