1. Non-Response Policy

If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days from the date your order is placed, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order. The order will be considered void and will not be fulfilled.
• Decline any refund for orders canceled due to a lack of customer response.
• Stop processing and delivering the order. Any costs incurred by us up to that point will not be reimbursed.

2. Global Products

The following terms apply to products sourced and shipped from outside the UAE:

• These products are registered outside the UAE and shipped directly from the country of registration.
• Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted.
• Imported global products cannot be returned at the customer's request.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
• Any enquiries regarding these products should be directed to the main seller, not www.wellkart.ae.

3. Customs Duties & Import Charges

• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other government charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Any additional costs related to customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
• Orders weighing 3 kg or more may incur additional delivery charges due to shipping cost fluctuations.
• Wellkart.ae is not responsible for customs inspections, delays, holds, seizures, or restrictions imposed by customs authorities.

4. General

By placing an order through Wellkart.ae, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
